  • 4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 1 stalk scallion strip and keep whole
  • 1 medium onion strip and sliced into 1/4
  • 2 medium Scotch bonnet pepper

Prepare boil:

  • In a large pot add water (enough to cover corn) and bring to a boil. Add all ingredients except corn and butter. Boil for 5 minutes.

Cook corn:

  • Add corn and butter to pot.
