Instructions
  1. Slice a medium size onion. Add 2tbsp vegetable oil and heat to medium. Add curry, masala, and garlic. When curry starts to bubble add onions and sauté.
  2. Next add tin of cooked chick pea and stir then add tin of breast chicken with stock fluid. Add ginger, black pepper and coconut. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Serve with rice

This can be made easily from using canned chickpeas and chicken breast.
