Curry Chick Peas and Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1 can chick peas
- 1 can chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon coconut powder
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon curry
- 1/2 teaspoon masala
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 pinch ground black pepper

Instructions
- Add oil to a skillet and bring to medium heat.. Add curry, masala, and garlic. When curry starts to bubble add onions and sauté.
- Next add tin of cooked chick pea and stir then add tin of breast chicken with stock fluid. Add ginger, black pepper and coconut. Simmer for 10 minutes.
