  • Add oil to a skillet and bring to medium heat.. Add curry, masala, and garlic. When curry starts to bubble add onions and sauté.
  • Next add tin of cooked chick pea and stir then add tin of breast chicken with stock fluid. Add ginger, black pepper and coconut. Simmer for 10 minutes.
