Instructions
  1. Cut 2 medium size bammy into halves and soak in milk for 10 minutes
  2. To a deep frying pan add 1/2-1 cup vegetable oil and bring to medium heat. When hot fry milk soaked bammy. Fry each side for 3 minutes on each side.
  3. Serve with fried fish or ackee
Recipe Notes

Bammy is a Jamaican name for compressed grater cassava or yucca root.
