Can be done on a grill or in oven. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Cut whole lobster or tails into halves and clean thoroughly.
In a prying pan melt stick of butter. Add 2tbsp minced garlic or garlic paste, sprinkle of salt and parsley (optional).
Separate mixture into 3/4 and 1/4, the 1/4 to to be used as dip while eating. Pour 3/4 mixture over meat side of lobster tail and place in oven with meat up and cook for 5 minutes. Turn lobster shell up and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve with freshly squeeze lemon juice and left over garlic sauce
