Instructions
  1. Add 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil to a wide bottom frying pan and heat to medium hot. Gentle pore cup of whipped egg. Sprinkle on salt and black pepper
  2. When egg starts to become solid add slices of ham and sprinkle onion onto egg. Add garlic. Next fold 1/2 edge of circle of egg onto itself. Fry for 20 seconds and then remove.
  3. Serve with toast bread.
