Instructions
 

  • Prepare liver:
    While semi-frozen cut liver into 1/2 " cubes and wash. Add seasoning salt, black pepper, garlic, thyme, bell pepper and onion. Mix well.
    Add in small portion Grace® Browning to desired color. Mix well.
  • Prepare hot water to tenderize liver:
    Add 2 cups water to a pot and boil. Use hot water to soften liver and for gravy.
  • Cook liver:
    To a frying pot add vegetable oil and when hot pour in liver mixture and stir fry.
    When liver changes color add boiling water and cook liver until tender.
    Add Scotch bonnet pepper and a dash of ginger. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve with potatoes, rice, bread, boiled dumplings or boil green bananas.
