Instructions
 

  • Cut 1 avocado in cubes. Chop a medium size red onion and combine the two.
  • Drain 1 tin of chunky tuna and add to mixture. Add 2 tbsps of virgin olive oil and 2 tbsps of freshly squeeze lemon juice. Add tsp of salt and sprinkle of black pepper.
  • Cut second avocado in half and remove seed. Fill each cavity with tuna fillings.
    Chopped tomatoes and cilantro can be added if desire
